Information you choose to provide

• Email signup: first name, email address, and your email-marketing consent choice.
• Contact requests: information you enter in the Tally contact form, which may include your name, contact details, message, and business or collaboration information.
• Xilo chat: messages you send to Xilo and the conversation information needed to display and continue the chat.

How the information is used

Signup information is used to add consenting subscribers to the YourFavAlien mailing list and send requested updates and a welcome email. Contact-form information is used to review and respond to inquiries. Xilo messages are used to provide chat replies, preserve the conversation, and allow an authorized YourFavAlien representative to take over and respond when needed.

Services that process information

• Mailchimp processes mailing-list signups, marketing consent, and email delivery. The signup form on the Socials page and the Mothership-controlled popup send signup information to Mailchimp.
• Tally hosts and processes the contact form linked from the Contact page.
• Supabase supports Mothership configuration and storage and, where used, Xilo conversations, messages, training, and authorized administrative access.
• Cloudflare may process ordinary request information to deliver and protect the website and operates the welcome-email service used after a successful signup.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Browser storage and embedded content

The site uses browser storage for limited functionality, such as remembering during a browsing session whether the signup popup has already appeared and preserving Xilo chat state. Pages may also load content from services such as Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, and Mailchimp. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page you visited, and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

Mothership controls

Mothership uses Supabase-hosted configuration for site images, theme settings, maintenance status, popup status, and related site controls. The public website requests the configuration needed to render those features. Administrative sign-in and changes are limited to authorized users. The signup popup’s promotional content is loaded only after the public Mothership setting confirms that the popup is enabled.

Sharing, retention, and choices

Your information is not sold. It is shared with the service providers above only as needed to operate the requested feature, comply with law, protect the site, or handle a business transfer. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and provider or legal requirements.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. You may also avoid sending a contact form or chat message and can clear browser storage through your browser settings.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, use the official contact page. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website or its services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
